"This house was perfect for our party of 7. Spacious and comfortable for all. Very secluded and quiet area. A short drive to Lake Placid Olympic museum and arenas. "My family rented this apartment to spend the weekend in Lake Placid for my father’s funeral. The apartment had mildew in the bathrooms, we found a bed bug crawling on the bed, the iron ruined my dress for the funeral, the AC was obnoxiously loud and barely cooled the apartment, there were safety violations including a broken electrical outlet and duct taped together window, and the walls are so thin you could hear the neighbors upstairs and next door. "Everything you need to know about this place is in the listing and photos -- large, comfortable, clean, cozy, well-appointed kitchen, on a major and busy road, walkable to town, excellent parking. It's above a pizza parlor and we never smelled the food -- so no downside to that. It was close to our friends and perfect for us. We would stay here again.
