“Worst experience ever. Had to stay the week with my 3 kids for a hockey camp. The hotel is under construction. I had no idea. I called for at least two weeks, once a day, trying to upgrade my room from “pool view” to “balcony” so my kids could have a little extra space. Each time I called they told me to keep trying but they were all booked up. No big deal. When I arrived however, they lied and said they upgraded me…there was never a pool view room because it was completely under construction.……

“Simple, not flashy, but can’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to practically everything Lake George to offer.”

“The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.”
