"Great property.. great host. we picked it because it looked like there was a lot of space in front of the dock for the kids to swim.. little did we know that the dock had everything we needed. There's so many great things about the property. But I'll start by saying there was a small hiccup when we arrived and John was super responsive and came to the property personally to handle it. The beds were comfortable, my wife loved the coffee maker and ordered one before we left. Mostly there's just great hangout space everywhere you look. From the dock to the grill just above the dock... To the fire pit in the backyard with seats to watch the sun setting. . To the deck that's outfitted with the Blackstone. Sometimes You're at a place and you're looking for things that would normally be there... There was nothing I wanted that wasn't already there. "

It provides great space for our 5 families - we especially appreciated the large dinner table which allowed wonderful meal times and a perfect environment for our special family update evening and prayer time. The pool was our daily center of activity. It’s a great size for our crew and the gazebo was used all day! We also took advantage of the lake, but the house was the star! We’re talking about a return trip next year already!!"

Upon arrival, we did have some concerns over the condition that the previous guests had left the property, but our host was incredibly responsive. "We had a great stay at this property. The house is large and everyone had their own space. Beds are comfortable. The view is beautiful. Swimming and floating off of the dock was a lot of fun. The house has paddle boards and kayaks which we enjoyed. Communication with property manager was great. We also played some of the games that were provided with the house. "The Treehouse is a perfect getaway for couples. The outside bath and shower are really neat and are a wonderful experience. We spent our days on the dock and in the lake and our evenings in the hot tub. "

"This property was tucked away on a wildlife preserve. Very quiet area with a lot of wildlife for observation. The house itself was very old (historic) but well kept. It had all the things you need to enjoy your stay without sacrifice. The property had everything you needed there already, I mean everything! We could have just pack clothing and traveled a lot lighter. A short walk to the pier offered fishing, swimming and kayaking. The surrounding area had everything needed. Shopping, dining and grocery stores were all within a twenty minute drive. With a slightly longer drive you could enjoy a number of beautiful lakes along with hiking trails. We had not one issue accommodating the dog in our everyday activities. We happened to arrive at the property just after a pretty devastating storm passed through. The host and owner (who lives nearby) were extremely accommodating in our every need during our stay. They truly went above and beyond any other property we have visited. "
