The room was beautiful and it seemed to be recently remodeled.
The casino are is under construction for remodeling. This was not mentioned anywhere on there web site. The exterior area was very confusing, it said check-in when parking, but nothing on the exterior of the building. When we finally got to what looked like a temporary check-in desk the staff was extremely friendly.
I stated that I had some handicap issues she explained where the parking was, but there was nothing on the building telling us if this where we should be. After walking around a while, the one thing I can’t do well, and with some assistance from a worker we got to our room.
The biggest problem was the long walk from our room to the casino and restaurant areas. That was a major problem and issue.
My wife and I love the Tahoe area and have visited over the last 45 years or so. But our chances of staying with you again are probably slim at this time.
