Nice little get away
Great location in Lakeland! Went to visit our son who plays lacrosse at Florida Southern. The house was 5 minutes from the school and only a 10 minute walk. Lake Hollingsworth was so close too. Will stay again!

Lakeland Stay
Great bungalow in a wonderful neighborhood in Dixieland. We enjoyed the short walk to the park and exploring all that Lakeland has to offer.

The house felt very cozy and appeared very clean. The Alice in Wonderland curtains when we first walked in were a bit bizarre but once we realized it was the theme of the home, it made more sense. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, etc. Neighborhood felt safe and walkable. Try Biscuits and Benedict’s for breakfast. Lots of good restaurant options nearby

Not my cup of tea
I know that Dixieland is a historical part of town but didn't want to live back in time. Bathroom was not up to standards for more than one person. Sugar aunts in the kitchen, grill was so small that grilling was out of the question. Toilet paper was so thin it only had one side. I would not recommend or stay there again. I ask the wife if I was being too critical and she said not critical enough. Coffee tasted old but kitchen was ok except for the sugar aunts.

Hi Allen, we value providing an excellent experience for our guests, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner:-With an illustrious history spanning almost 90 years, our property complies with all current building codes. It's important to note that any modifications must align with the guidelines set forth by the Historical Heritage Association, given the property's esteemed status as a historical landmark in Dixieland.-Having undergone recent renovations, our property showcases modern amenities such as a tiled shower, toilet, and vanity. The photos faithfully represent the inclusion of a sink, toilet, and generously sized shower. Despite its age, this residence stands out as newer and more spacious than many neighboring options.-We have established routine pest control services, and although managing sugar ants can pose challenges, we have traps readily available upon request. Whether the concern pertains to pests or cleaning, rest assured that our dedicated teams will promptly address and resolve any issues.-A previous guest left behind the grill, and while it's not officially listed as an amenity, we offer an alternative with a large fire pit for outdoor communal fires.-Communication is key, and we encourage guests to bring concerns to our attention during their stay for prompt resolution. Unfortunately, delayed feedback limits our ability to address issues comprehensively.-While we currently offer one roll of toilet paper recently changed to a new type, we suggest that guests, based on their exact preferences, may conveniently purchase additional supplies just across the street at Walgreens.-We suggest guests bring their own coffee, as Dunkin’ Donuts medium roast is a local favorite. This allows for a personalized coffee experience tailored to individual preferences.-Your feedback is valued, and we remain committed to promptly addressing any additional concerns that may arise during our guests' stay. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

Cute Cottage
This is a super cute home that was close to everything in Lakeland. The management is great with communication when we made them aware of few minor things. They were quick to take care of them.

Great little cottage
This was the perfect place to stay while we moved our daughter out of college. The washer and dryer were great for some last minute laundry. The place was decorated cute. The beds were amazingly comfy. The bathroom had plenty of towels - but no hair dryer…just a curling iron? Only downsides-One of the two large trash cans was full when we arrived and no trash bags to be found. No dishwasher detergent and no paper towels. Also the only frying pan was super small. Overall it was great for our 5 night stay.

Great
Home was nice, but being on a Main Street, there was a ton of traffic, with cars and trucks that were very loud. A little hard to sleep. Need some curtains in dinning room that looks out in the backyard.
