"Easy parking at the front. Staff very friendly and helpful. In fact one who's name ive forgotten even gave me a little jug of milk for my room because i didn't have enough. I didn't have breakfast but ate both evenings and the food was absolutely delicious. My room was huge but still cosy and beautifully decorated. I would most definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. "

"The staff were lovely, the room was spacious and very clean. If I had to find fault all I could say would be that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak The food was really great, good buffet breakfast with freshly ground coffee. The evening meal was delicious, good choice for vegitarians. A walk to the ruined Bishops Palace next door was a great. Amazing riuns lota of the old building to explore. The Hotel is set waway from main roads etc and was very peacfull and quiet. "

"The rooms are nice Im this Hotel. My only suggestion would be to install smart televisions as Free view is too basic nowadays. The restaurant is good."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The property is spotless, beautifully presented, and has a really up-market feel without being pretentious. We visited during the Tenby Ironman weekend, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The host was outstanding, warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the local area and the Ironman event itself. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, sharing great tips and guidance that really enhanced our visit. Breakfast is included, and while we couldn’t enjoy it in the usual setting due to our 5:30 a.m. start, the host thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast bag for us. It was packed with fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks to keep us going throughout the long day, such a kind and practical touch that really made a difference. Overall, the combination of excellent hospitality, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful little extras made our stay truly memorable. Whether you’re in Tenby for an event like Ironman or just for a relaxing break, this hotel is an absolute gem, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!"
