1- I asked for help with my luggages and say said sorry we don't have somebody to help. 2- the room was opened on the room next door and I disappointed when somebody opened the door between us and got into my room. It's not a 4 Stars hotel.

There was only one minor with issue and that was with the breakfast. I grabbed a piece of bread and decided not to put in the toaster but it was so stale it was crunchy already.
