    Pastikan dapat no booking dari expedia dahulu, kalau bole, kol tanya hotel dulu ada tak tempahan dari kita sebelum sampai, takot mereput macam aku dekat sejam lebihh depan kaunter katanya tempahan aku tak sampai ke email diorang 😂

    日本からこども４人と、大人４人で4ベットルームにとまりました！！ コスパが最高です！部屋が広くて子どもおおはしゃぎでした。 朝食も3日間お世話になり、こどもたちがバクバク食べていました。 スタッフさんも、常に、にこやかでした。 部屋の掃除について、前の宿泊者の食べ残しが排水口に残っていたのが気持ち悪かったです、、、。 部屋の中の備え付けの机のライトがつかなかったり、、タオルが準備されていなかったり、、、とはありましたが、日本同様のクオリティを求めたらだめですね、ここは、目を瞑れます。 他のステキなホテルもたくさんありますが、団体で、夜に帰ってとまって、シャワーして、ご飯して身支度して遊びに行く！って方には、おすすめです！ 場所は、近くにスーパーもコンビニもあります！ ビーチやモール、ナイトマーケット、空港へもタクシー行動で十分間に合いました○ グラブってゆうアプリを使うとタクシーも激安です。

    Room 203 :When we checked in there was no Shower Bath Towels provided and also the aircond was not functioning in which we contacted the Receptionist and they said they would raise a issue to fix. The next day morning I reminded the receptionist and she acknowledged. Breakfast was okay just don't expect fancy meals. By end of the day we returned to the room the air cond was not fixed and no cleaning of the room. Called the receptionist and a staff came to deliver fresh towels and he informed the maintenance do not work today thus air cond was not able to be fixed . He however asked for a change of room in which I believed should have done yesterday instead of today as we are checking out the following day. Quite unhappy with the service but enjoyed the place

    Hotel is near food places and night market. Very quiet at night. No breakfast unless during booking, package explicitly stated. Room No 102. Family suite. 4 rooms with living and dining room with kitchen (2 with king size beds and 2 with queen size beds, each has wardrobe n hangars). Wardrobes are worn out. Living room is large with balcony and common toilet. Equiped with sofa set and tv but very bad signal reception and limited selection. Dining area is part of living room, equiped with dining chairs and table for 6. Kitchen is equiped with plastic jug, electric kettle, sink and cups. Kitchen also has attached toilet. Both toilets have electric water heaters but living room is broke, cannot adjust temperature. Toileteries provided are bar soap, toilet rolls and towels. Each bedroom has aircon and 2 aircon units for the largr living room space. Works very well and can get very cold. Overall, still value for money for 4 families to get together under same unit. Thank you for pleasant experience.

    NOTHING in the nearby area. Symphoni is not a "resort" as in the title. Can't swim in the nearby water- no beach. No pool. Terrible location on Langkawi island.

    Room design is convenient for family.

    A room with 3bed room, is very convenient for family trip. But cleanliness of the room is bad because u still can find few hair just below the pillow.... Door lock is spoiled...

    Pros and Cons of the Hotel

    Hotel is same as shown in the pic. Great space, staff service good. However, the floor is sticky, water leaking at sink, toilet water pressure is small, hardly bath and the food provided doesn't worth the money. Overall, i like the hotel. great space, great air-con, great staff service and the area is quiet.

    Nice hotel close to eatries

    Staff was helpful and smiling. They allowed me to bring my bike in the hotel room. Room was spacious and reasonably clean. Downside, no coffee but they have mugs and small fridge. Towel and toiletries were provided.

    The hotel used to be good but now horrible.

    The fridge was rusty but they said will replace a new one but they just washed it. Later i asked for a new room but they decline even though there is still vacant rooms. No kettle but later replaced upon asked. The room door must be pulled hard to close.
