“The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. “I have taken pictures of all details in this listing, and my main issue with this place is that the condition of the unit, particularly the walls and bathroom were not as clean and pristine as the pictures imply. There are scratches and marks almost on every wall throughout the place, as well as small chips including the closets and bathroom It doesn’t appear the place was painted or repainted recently up to standard. “Great location and staff”

“The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. “Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. “Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. “Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property.
