“Super cute neighborhood. Was great for a family. We got groceries and made breakfast and dinners at the house and got lunches on the go when we were out touring. A short walk to capital hill and longer, but still manageable for teens and adults to get to the further monuments. Will miss my morning runs to the Washington Monument and will visit again!”

“Worked well for our family of 6. Great kitchen, very clean, large bedrooms and living area ( though sofas were a bit worn). Private parking was a huge plus. Excellent location for getting around Washington, D.C. and a short walk to great restaurants at The Wharf! We checked in on a very hot day, and air conditioner was not working. We contacted our host and he sent someone over immediately. After a quick reset of a fuse, we cooled off and stayed cool throughout our stay.”

“We had a great time. The place was very clean. After a few flight delays we got to the VRBO much later than expected. We were greeted with a basket of snacks, some quick breakfast items, juice and soda. This was such a nice and much appreciated surprise. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Traveling with our two adult children and their significant other we are usually shorthanded in these supplies but not here. VRBO is beautiful but comfortable. ”

“Our son and wife with our three young granddaughters joined us for a weekend get together at this great house that was just right for our group. While went out to some events, most of the time we hung out at the house having fun playing games and enjoying each others company. “Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!”
