“Dave was very attentive, helpful, and prompt with his communication. He went above and beyond when we needed additional items during our stay. The rental has everything and more with regards to kitchen and bathroom amenities. Even the pantry was stocked up with some healthy snacks. Something to keep in mind is the flight of stairs to actually access the rental place on the second floor. The water pressure in the sink in the back bedroom was very low. Comfy also....nice comfy bed, hot shower and the location was close to TONS of eating/drinking....Maxwells wine bar, Ghost Burger, Lost and Found bar, great coffee places withinn walking --Joy coffee house. We will book again here, my brother was a 10 minute walk from us, so convenient!!”

“No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.”
