“We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Solar do Rebolo. The staff were kind, courteous, and very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, which was kept at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was nicely presented and had healthy options, as well. Everything very clean and in top shape. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing earplugs, as we could hear conversations and television from the adjacent rooms, and needed to use ours.”

“This was the best hotel in our Europe tour. Villagge where hotel is, is lovely, small village in the middle of mountains. Room had it's oen kitchen so I could made my own breakfast, which was good cause breakfast was served starting 9.00 am .. I wake up at 4.30 so I couldn't wait that long to get something to eat. 😄 I will come here again.. loved it!”

“Location is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountain…a/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place……
