The location and parking (own on site parking) are excellent. The breakfast is very good and you can eat outside or inside. Staff are friendly. Otherwise it’s what you would expect for 3 star - dated decor, scratchy towels, old bed (don’t want to look at the mattress). But kept clean and kind throughout.
