“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”
“The hotel was spotless. It was cosy, great location and the staff were incredible. The only down side was the breakfast buffet was pretty awful. I would say there is major improvements needed.”
“Very comfortable stay, clean and quite spacious. Good value for its price. The only thing that I could complain about is the need to call the reception to turn on the air-con because you can’t do it in the room.”
