“Everything was great, with an excellent location. The manager on site was very helpful and accommodating. I had a suitcase and, due to a recent arm surgery, I wasn’t able to carry it up or down the stairs. I called the manager, and he assisted me without hesitation, which I really appreciated.
I also asked for some extra towels, and he kindly provided them.
One thing that would be very useful for future guests would be a lift in the building, particularly for anyone with luggage or mobility……
“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”
“Very comfortable stay, clean and quite spacious. Good value for its price. The only thing that I could complain about is the need to call the reception to turn on the air-con because you can’t do it in the room.”
