"Liked the staff, guest service attendant she was very accommodating ; stored my bag and allowed to check in early. Room was very spacious, clean and came with a nice balcony with an ocean view. The breakfast included was very delicious. All around the staff at the hotel is top notch"

"Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not ..."
