This luxurious two bedroom apartment is ideally situated in a brand new gated sea front resort 50 metres from the beach and close to the centre of Protaras. The resort is less than 200 metres away from a beautiful Vizakia Beach and golden sands of Green Bay. Contemporary designed, it consists of open plan living area with panoramic sea view which includes kitchen, sitting and dining areas, and opens to a balcony, the master bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower room. With comfortable double sofa bed in the living area, this apartment can easily accommodate one more adult or two small kids. Different types of lighting allow this apartment easily change its moods.

Very very beautiful!!! beautiful apartment. the nearby sea was beautiful. we were also lucky enough to dive with a turtle. The small bars nearby are also beautiful and magical. I'd love to come back.

Exceptional view!!!

The apartment is perfect with a nice pool and stunning view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Contact was easy with all necessary information for quick check-in.We felt that they do care about their guests:) Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable. It is very close to two nice beaches that are good also for small kids. Highly recommend staying in this apartment :)

Great memories

We arrived early morning and it was dark and we was tired went to bed and when we got up WOW what a view from our veranda it was breath taking,the only think that was wrong was no Sun lounger as you are not allowed to use anyone else's as they have your apartment number on them but we got in touch with villas to let and we got them the same day,so I would recommend to check this out when you arrive but I would definitely recommend this place as we are definitely coming back here.

Apartment by the Sea

The apartment by the Green Bay Beach is a beautiful place for a weekend away or a summer stay. From the apartment you have a beautiful view over the Cavo Greko and coast line. Only a few minutes away you have the Green Bay Beach, Supermarket, Restaurant and Protaras Center. The apartment is clean and in an excellent condition.
