“Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Fue difícil encontrar el departamento porque las indicaciones no eran claras.
Al llegar, nos comunicamos con el encargado por medio del interfón del edificio. A pesar de que estuvo en contacto con nosotros y tenía la posibilidad de abrirnos la puerta, no lo hizo de inmediato ni nos dio instrucciones claras sobre cómo obtener las llaves. Como resultado, tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente una hora en la calle con nuestras maletas y, lo más……
