Amazing hotel overall. Had a great time there. The pool was amazing. The environment was beautiful. There are only two problems with this hotel: one is the check-in line which there is a long line up a lot of the times, which I noticed a lot of other hotels have that issue as well. Not a big deal to me. The second is the transportation. It’s pretty close to the Bellagio hotel(around 10 minutes walk) but anywhere else you want to it would a bit of walking. Just be aware of the location and transportation problem if you don’t have a car! But overall, pretty happy with my stay. Especially loved the spacious rooms!

Check in process took 2 hours, yes 2 hours. I was 5th in line. Took 30 minutes for each person to check in. Check in staff was rude and dismissive. Horrible experience considering I had checked in online the day before and supposedly all I needed to do was show up to get a room key. The property and room were nice, but my experience was so bad I can’t recommend it.

It’s concerning that ADA toilets aren’t available for someone in need. Toilets are far too low. If you aren’t going to add ADA toilets, you should at least try install safety grab bars. I injured my back while at your hotel due to the low toilet.
