Away from the hustle and bustle in the small Mediterranean resort Airone is the comfortable 84 m² ground floor apartment with private fenced garden, 2 terraces for sun from morning to evening, sleeping for 4 adults and 2 children, air conditioning, heating, garden furniture, flat screen TV, Oven, fridge with freezer and coffee machine. Large swimming pool (from the middle of April to the second half of September in operation) with integrated whirlpool, separate non-swimmers area, large playground and football field.
Parking directly at the apartment.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Hindernissen
Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut Uns wurde der Schlüssel für 12:00 zugesagt. Leider wurde er vergessen. Mann ist dann aber gleich gekommen und hat eine Flasche Sekt zur Entschuldigung dabei gehabt. Das Haus war sehr schön und hat uns sehr gefallen. Was nicht so schön war das es in der Anzeige heißt das Wasser sei nur 50m weg und es ist kein Badestrand. Das war soweit auch richtig nur das es sich dabei um ein Naturschutzgebiet handelt und dort Baden verboten bzw. gar nicht möglich ist das wurde uns nicht gesagt. Wir müssten täglich mindestens 15 Minuten Fahrzeit in Kauf nehmen um an den nächsten Strand zu kommen. Wenn das nicht stört dem kann ich die Villa sehr empfehlen Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Bleibinhaus

Unser Urlaub im Juni!
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Anlage mit mehreren Ferien- Wohnungen & Häusern. Sehr angenehm ist der Pool in der Mitte der Anlage. Der Strand, Restaurants & Geschäfte von Lignano liegen ca. 10-15 Autominuten entfernt. (Bibione ca. 20-25 min.) Die Küche hatte einen Herd/Ofen & Kühlschrank, (eine Spülmaschine wäre noch ganz nützlich gewesen). Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser usw. waren genügend vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Terrasse sowie der kleine Garten laden zum Frühstücken ein. Mit Mücken hatten wir im Juni keine Probleme vor Ort. Eventuell könne noch ein Bild (Maps) mit Kennzeichnung der Wohnung mit zum Inserat hinzugefügt werden. Die Kommunikation war gut und einen Kindersitz hatten wir auch schnell mit dazu bekommen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Gute Anlage, aber wenig zu tun in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Lignano sehr schön.
Sehr saubere, relativ neue Wohnung und Anlage. Geräumige Zimmer, gute Ausstattung. Anfang Juni ist dort sehr wenig los, dementsprechend ruhig war es. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag : LED-Leuchten sparen Strom und heizen nicht unnötig das Zimmer auf. Eine bebilderte Anleitung wo und wie man das Warmwasser anstellt wäre ebenfalls hilfreich gewesen. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für die Haustüre und man kann sie ohne Schlüssel von außen nicht öffnen, auch wenn nicht zugesperrt wurde, was die Gefahr birgt, sich aus Versehen auszuschließen. Praktisch wären zwei Schlüssel falls man sich mal aufteilen will. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Im Pool darf offiziell nicht Ball gespielt werden, keine Luftmatratzen und ähnliches verwendet werden, kein Springen vom Beckenrand. Von daher für Kinder nicht optimal geeignet. Die Grasflächen um den Pool ebenfalls zum Spielen kaum geeignet, da dort extra künstliche kleine "Hügel" eingebaut wurden. Außer einem öffentlichen Basketballplatz+Spielplatz in der Nähe kann man in der unmittelbaren Umgebung wenig machen. Auch kein Bäcker / Supermarkt in der direkten Umgebung. Lignano ist eine schöne Stadt mit allem was man braucht, wenn auch nicht ganz billig (ca. Münchner Preise). Der Strad ist sehr schön, viele Souveniershops und gute Cafes / Pizzerien. Ausflugsempfehlung : Castello di Miramare inklusive der schönen Landstraße an der Küste entlang, Grado. (Der Zoo in Lignano ist absolut NICHT zu empfehlen. Sehr teuer und nur sehr wenige Tiere zu sehen.)

Nette Wohnung an ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist ganz ok, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben gewusst das es kein WLAN gibt aber nicht, dass der Handyempfang nicht besonders gut ist. Gerade deshalb ist WLAN für mich in der heutigen Zeit zwingend und sollte zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Was ebenfalls nicht vorhanden ist: eine Mikrowelle um mal kurz etwas aufzuwärmen, eine Abwaschmaschine oder eine Waschmaschine. Beim Pool muss man wissen: Ausser schwimmen darf man nichts. Nicht mit dem Ball spielen, keine Luftmatratzen, etc. Das waren wir uns von anderen Orten nicht gewohnt. Schade, denn der Pool ist sehr schön. Ebenfalls ein Tipp: Reisen Sie mit Mückenschutzmittel an! Es hat unglaublich viele Mücken. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Handhabung durch Vermieterin. Der Hauptort Lignano ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr schöne Stadt, immer Parkplätze vorhanden.
