“Great place. The staff, location and family atmosphere makes Captains Cove the perfect location for an old fashioned family beach vacation. After 15 years of visiting it feels like staying with friends and not just a hotel. I’ll be back soon!”

“My daughter and two grand children enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the staff was great and the ease into the room was more efficient than using cards with access personal to us. This will be our “go-to” going forward. It was also close to everything and with two pools, you couldn’t ask for better accommodations.”

“Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty room (had to clean the floors myself), tried to charge more, tiny room & tiny parking lot, front desk person said I didn’t call the hotel (when I did), gave us 2 towels for 4 people, just 1 tiny trash can in the room. Believe me, the list goes on…it’s awful.”

“Bathroom floor was sticky and checked out at 5:30 AM and had to wait 10 minutes at front desk for someone to show up to check out.”

“Stay would have been okay if we didn’t have extra uninvited guest (Roaches). When my husband went down to the desk (bugs in hand) to make them aware the lady attending the front desk stated “let me guess, you want something for free” WHAT??? He made sure not to tell me this part until after we left. Mattress/Sheets were stained. She offered a $30 credit or to move us to another room which clearly if you have them in one room you more than likely have them in others. We toughed it out, talked to……
