The Cabins at Healing Springs

"Our stay at this sweet, historic little cabin could not have been better. The hosts were friendly and helpful, cabin was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, and the surroundings were quiet, rustic, and beautiful. Be sure to read about the history of the place, and the "healing spring," in the building where you check in, and save time for a morning walk along the creek. And yes, the water is delicious. For less than the cost of a hotel room in Boone, we had the most restful and restorative night and morning of our trip. So glad we found this gem in the mountains."

"With spotty or no WiFi available- for us as seniors it was disconcerting. No cellphone service for the stay was a concern . This will soon be rectified in October according to our host thank goodness. The cabin is lovely & we enjoyed fires at night as well as the hot tub. No cellphone service remains a problem…"
