"Nice room away from the traffic side / Check-In quick and easy. Quiet - and all neighbors knew how to close a door without slamming it. Friendly breakfast manager who carefully prepared the breakfast items (it’s the standard fare but it was all cooked perfectly - eggs not overdone nor underdone…and tasty coffee) - obviously she cares about doing her job well. Well-lit parking lot. Overall, very nice stay."

"I stayed at this cabin solo (my partner was sick and couldn’t make it, unfortunately) and absolutely loved it! The cabin is 1.5 miles off pavement, but the gravel road is well maintained. The location feels wonderfully remote and peaceful, yet everything you need is right there. The cabin was immaculate and truly well equipped—every appliance is new or like-new and high quality. I split my time between the fully screened-in porch and the hot tub; watching the sunset from the tub with a glass of wine was a definite highlight. Evenings by the electric fireplace while watching TV were cozy and relaxing.The host was very responsive, and the owner’s manual is thorough and well organized—from adjusting the thermostat to a smooth checkout list. They even have a history section that speaks to the history of the cabin. I also appreciated the “tourist rack” with brochures for things to do in the area.I can’t say enough positive things about this place. It felt secluded, serene, and thoughtfully set up for guests. I needed the reboot! I’m already planning to come back—next time with my partner! Highly recommend staying here! "
