The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

My husband and I (in our 60’s) stayed 4 nights (top level) at Hotel Bellevue and were very happy with it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and balcony. Quiet. Good breakfast. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. Great views from our balcony. Bed and pillow were too firm for our liking (I would bring my own pillow if I stay here again). Access via 251 steps to walking trail up the hill behind the hotel that goes into town. There is also a sidewalk most of the way from the hotel into town. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel sits on top with an amazing view! Few things to consider taxis are $35 euros (cash or card for fee) but if you call and ask there is a shuttle that operates from 9AM to 11PM to go to town. To come up is starts at 9:30 AM. So if you fly into Naples take train there to Sorrento is $5 euros. You can walk up the street to parking lot where shuttle drops off and picks up. The hotel has free breakfast 7am-10am, loved the choices, nightly dinner with gorgeous view with reservations 7-9:30 pm every night. The rooms are very comfortable and the view is truly breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly definitely recommend!!!

The bar terrace has a breathtaking view of the ocean at sunset. Live music made the experience even more memorable.

The views from the hotel of the Gulf of Naples were incredible. Could have sat on the balcony for days and looked out at them. The breakfast was also a highlight - the a'la carte menu was much appreciated, and dishes came out cooked as requested. We had a sea view from our room, and it did not disappoint. However, the room was clearly under the carpark or potentially the road, and in the evenings the noise from the road / cars was very evident. I guess this is the compromise for effectively building a hotel on a cliff! We recognised the issue after the first night, but as we were only there for a short stay (two nights) didn't think it was such a big issue to request a room change. Apart from the noise from above, the room itself was lovely, and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed utilising the private path down and back to the marina, but recognise it is not for everyone if mobility is limited or steps are not your friend. Overall, would recommend this hotel. The view is insane, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast alone is worth staying the night.
