A beautiful 5 Bedroom villa with a private pool and panoramic views of surrounding farmland. Situated on the edge of the quiet village of Lavardac, 7 km from the historic medieval town of Nerac, (equal distance from Toulouse and Bordeaux) in the heart of Southwest France.
Within a few kilometers, there are lots of exciting things to do including lakes, theme parks, high adventure tree climbing, go-karting and lots more.

Ideal renters two families sharing, not groups of adults. Unless it is for the local golf course.No stag or hen parties
The house should be left in the same clean condition and rubbish disposed of. The final cleaning can be arranged for a fee of 80-120 euros.
