Good customer service, room is fantastic and very relaxing.

The room is big for European standards. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bed linen and bath towels are clean and no smell of cigarette or chemicals. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The hotel staff are also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a Vietnamese, a Korean and a Thai restaurant near the hotel within 5 minutes walk if you enjoy Asian food. A small grocery store and a “Paul” bakery also within 3 minutes walk. A bus stop is right in front, we need to take the bus to get off the next stop to catch the metro, or you can walk 15 minutes to the metro station.

clean! modern, everything works, I love the feature that you have a panel where you can control all the lights inside the room, and the room also has a mechanic curtain that is really helpful to be able to sleep

Very good hotel, warm interior, tasty breakfast and helpful staff.

Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Lovely building and great staff. Unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to get to the rooftop bar, there was an event on for a couple days. Only criticism I have is that the pillows were not suitable for me (too soft) so I had to buy one
