"The property suited us exactly for what we needed - being a week away for 5 adults and 2 children. It was 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the shops and a playground just down the road. The house is relatively new and therefore complete with new fixtures, fitting and contents (mostly Ikea), a decent sized back garden (decking, fake turf and stones) with lots of outdoor furniture and generally had all the things we needed. "The house is just as pictured; if not better! It was in a lovely, residential quiet area on the edge of Le Bois Plage. You can walk into the centre ville (20 mins), but we booked bikes for the holiday so it only took 5 mins. It really is best placed to explore being central. A 10 cycle ride (with kids in two) to St Martin, 15 mins to La Flotte (though the cycle lanes and vineyards) and 5 mins to the wonderful beach of Plage de Gros Joncs.
