Villa F4 with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It is located in a quiet subdivision 100 m from the sea in the town of FRANCOIS in the South East of Martinique.
A 2 minute walk, you can go to the Marina and take advantage of the fishermen's services for excursions on the islets and eat a good blaff 'Kay Nono'.
Located 3 minutes from the town center where you can have access to various services (local market, medical center, shopping center, places of worship, etc.).
At 5 minutes you can visit the CLEMENT house and taste our Franciscan rum.
We find 15 minutes from Aimé CESAIRE airport (LAMENTIN city), the first beach in the South (VAUCLIN), 20 minutes from the capital FORT DE FRANCE, 25 minutes from TRINITE beach (North Atlantic), 45 minutes from other SAINTE ANNE beaches in the South and the Carbet and Prêcheur beaches for the North Caribbean part.
We also have the beautiful rivers of SAINT JOSEPH (Coeur Bouliki), LORRAIN, GRAND RIVIERE for the Central and North Atlantic part.

Quel havre de paix ! Maison et piscine incroyable! Notre hôte Nicole est un vrai trésor ! Elle nous a reçu avec un pot d’accueil ! Accras de crevettes, pâtés farcis et alcool local ! La maison est d’une propreté impeccable ! Climatisation, literie, vaisselle tout y est pour passer une semaine de rêve ! Il y a juste un bémol …. Je n’ai pas trouvé la télécommande pour arrêter le temps ! Allez y ! Vous ne serez que ravis ! Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Maison idéalement située pour visiter toute la Martinique, qui correspond en tout à fait à l’annonce. Très confortable. Clim et piscine idéales, appréciées par toutes la famille! Nicole est aux petits soins, de la belle surprise du pot d’accueil jusqu’à notre départ et ce en toute discrétion, gentillesse et humilité. Merci à vous Nicole. Si nous revenons dans cette île magnifique, ce sera sans hésiter chez Nicole!

Nicole est une propriétaire super, toujours au petit soin pour que notre séjour ce passe bien. La villa est sublime et on a apprécié les salles de bains qui est dans chaque chambre. Je vous la recommande vivement vous ne serez pas déçu.

Très joli villa en bord de mer
Tout d'abord, Nicole est une prioritaire en or qui nous accueille avec un bon repas .. Ensuite, la villa est tout simplement parfaite. Elle s'adapte facilement à une famille avec des ados ou plus petits ou entre amis. Les salle de bain sont neuves, modernes. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La cuisine est bien équipée. Quant à la piscine, idéale ... Et le top du top pour des ados , la fibre !!! Possibilité d'aller chercher son poisson fraichement péché à 17h à pied ... Grande surface dans le Francois, ainsi qu'une librairie.. Nous avons passés des super vacances trop courtes a mon gout. Et nous reviendrons voir Nicole avec un grand plaisir ...

Vacances parfaites mais trop courtes
Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Nicole qui était également très disponible. Villa conforme à notre attente. Très propre et bien équipée. Sa position en hauteur fait que la villa est bien vetillée et rend la climatisation presque superflue. La piscine avec son eau à 30 degré était la bienvenue. Seul petit bémol, les plages valables se trouvent à environ 45mn de voiture. Merci Nicole pour votre gentillesse. Lionel
