Strategically located tropical paradise - Nov 2019
The property offers beautiful country feel accommodations amidst lush tropical garden with outdoor style kitchen and veranda. The distinctive house wooden construction and furnishings are exceptional proving a home feel nothing to none. The host are generous and eager to make their guests feel welcome. Aways eager to assist in providing direction and vacation tips to enhance the Guadeloupe experience. Perfect geographical central location allowing easy road access to both Basse Terre and Grande Terre island areas of interest. The intimate pool is also a welcomed bonus. Highly recommened location for 4 but better yet for a romantic getaway.

La douce Jeannie
La propriété est très bien placé géographiquement au milieu de nombreux sites touristiques. Petite indépendance agréable dans un jardin tropical, sans vis à vis, accès libre à la piscine. Vous serez réveillé par les chants des oiseaux sucriers. Accueil de Jeannie et Willy irréprochables et très à l'écoute des besoins. Nous avons passé un séjour où nous étions comme chez nous. Très bel endroit avec un accueil au top

Inoubliable !!!
Un séjour génial nos hôtes Jeannie et Willy d une gentillesse d une amabilité extrêmes. Malgré la proximité de notre logement et celui de la propriétaire celle ci n est pas du tout intrusive. La propriété la piscine tout est magnifiques. La quiétude des lieux vous feront passer un super moment. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci Jeannie et et Willy pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. A très bientôt.

Le paradis!
Rien à redire, tout était super : l emplacement à 5minutes en voiture de la plage et idéal pour visiter toute l île, mais très calme (dans une impasse), la piscine, la petite maison et sa terrasse à l ombre, mais surtout l accueil et la gentillesse de nos hôtes qui habitent la maison a côté. On a adoré notre séjour!!!!

Très belle proprièté
Belle habitation en bois, à proximité immédiat de celle de la propriétaire, avec tous ses avantages mais sans les inconvénients, Janie étant très discrète. Le jardin est fabuleux avec ses fleurs et la piscine est comment dire.... exceptionnelle. L'emplacement est idéale pour les différentes ballades bien la route est défoncée (et le terme est approprié) pour se rendre aux gîte (le dernier kilomètre, faites attention aux amortisseurs). La literie est très bonne et les linge de maison (gants, torchons, serviettes de toilette, serviettes de bain, draps.... en quantité plus que suffisante. Janie est d'une gentillesse à toute épreuve et de très bons conseils. Il n'y a que 2 petits bémols : la musique "zen" 12 heures par jours (même le WE) de l'ostéopathe voisine du gîte et la propreté de la locatin à notre arrivée.

Noël chez Jany
Nous avons passé une partie de nos vacances de Noël dans la magnifique villa de Janie et nous vous recommandons vivement ce lieu ! L'emplacement au Gosier est idéal si vous n'avez qu'une étape et voulez rayonner sur les deux parties de l'île, isolé en hauteur pour le calme seulement troublé par le chant des oiseaux. Le bungalow invité est très fonctionnel, tout en bois, avec une cuisine indépendante, très bien équipée, ouverte sur un superbe jardin et l'accès à la piscine bien agréable après une journée de rando. Et surtout un grand merci à Jany, son fils et leur adorable chienne pour leur accueil (dîner et planteurs délicieux servis malgré notre arrivée tardive) et leur accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Jany s'est montrée toujours disponible et de bon conseil pour agrémenter notre séjour... tout en étant très discrète ! Bref, un excellent rapport qualité -prix pour un depaysement total !

Superbe maison
La maison de Jany est superbe, un véritable bonheur de se réveiller dans son jardin avec les oiseaux qui viendront vous saluer. Jany est une hote adorable, nous avons passé de supers moment avec elle, elle était à nos petits soins. Cette dépendance est vraiment bien pour un couple :) on reviendra avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Nous avions un peu peur étant donné que les propriétaires dormaient sur place mais la dépendance nous a permis de ne pas les deranger. De plus ils ont été très accueillant et à notre disposition quand nous avions des questions. Et merci encore pour l'apéro et les discussions ! ☺️

Schöner Garten mit Pool - aber mit Abstrichen
Die Auffahrt ist mit Mietwagen sehr schwierig zu bewältigen, da unheimlich steil am Hang und in einer Kurve gelegen ohne Ausweichmöglichkeit bei Gegenverkehr. Schön angelegter Garten mit Poolhaus, direkt vor der Veranda des Hauses der Gastgeber gelegen. Leider waren die Auflagen im Poolhaus nicht sauber - die Katze nutzt den Platz zum Schlafen. Der Gastgeber und wir haben sie gewaschen und neu aufgezogen. Zu unserer Zeit waren extrem viel Moskitos nicht nur draußen, sondern leider auch in den Schlafräumen und dem Bad, was uns den Aufenthalt etwas verleidete. Die vom Vermieter auf Nachfrage bereit gestellten elektrischen Mückenvernichter halfen nicht. Wir haben uns im Supermarkt mit den hochwertigen und entsprechend teuren Artikeln von Raid eingedeckt, dann wurde es im Haus besser. Für draußen wurden wir von unserem Gastgeber mit Mückenschutzmitteln versorgt. Der Pool ist groß, sehr schön und sauber. Leider wohnt in der Holzwand zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad eine Kolonie Schaben, die sich nachts hervorwagen. Wir haben fünf Stück weggefangen, es waren aber noch mehr unterwegs. Wir haben das Problem angesprochen. Ansonsten ist in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es gab eine Wasch-, eine Spülmaschine und eine Kaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Gasherd und eine Mikrowelle. Der Hausherr besitzt einen Schäferhund, der das gesamte Grundstück bewacht und uns ab und zu besuchen kam.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans un cadre magnifique, "le Paradis" porte bien son nom. Le gîte est aussi idéalement situé pour visiter basse terre et grande terre. Jeannie et Willy sont très accueillants. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Vrai petit havre de paix pour aventurier
Très bon séjour. Willy est très sympa et disponible pendant toute la durée de notre location. Le bungalow, le très beau jardin et la piscine font tout le charme de ce lieux. Idéal pour pour voyageurs qui aiment bouger et se retrouver dans un cadre magnifique. Merci à Willy pour le petit apéro sous le carbet et Yoni la chienne qui a bien veillé sur nous

Le gîte du paradis est situé dans une végétation tropicale dans un environnement calme.
Endroit paradisiaque ! Tout est conforme à l’annonce, pas de surprise, c’est magnifique. Jeannie et willy sont très accueillants, disponibles et font tout pour nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. La soirée crêpe est un moment de convivialité exceptionnel. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner !

Un vrai coin de paradis

C'était notre première fois en Guadeloupe et l'emplacement sur l'île est idéal car pas très loin de tous les endroits à voir. La maison est pleine de charme et tout est conforme à l'annonce. Un vrai petit coin de paradis
La maison que Jeannie loue est absolument magnifique (grande, propre, très bien équipée, au calme, un jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu, une belle piscine...). Un vrai petit coin de paradis !!! Jeannie est une voisine discrète et merveilleuse. Elle met en permanence un point d'honneur à faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. La situation de la location (très centrale) permet de découvrir facilement la Guadeloupe (tout est au maximum à 1 heure de voiture). Noter cependant qu'un véhicule est pratiquement obligatoire car il n'y a pas de transports en commun ni de commerce à proximité immédiate. Merci à toi Jeannie et à bientôt car il est très probable que nous reviendrons.
