L’arrivée à l’hôtel fut pleine de surprises… spa qui ne fonctionne plus, ascenseur non plus (j’étais au 3e étage) … et aucune compensation proposée… la moindre des choses est de prévenir de ce type de désagrément Chambre ok

The very samll staff is not sufficient to offer even everage service, our reservations was confused, but the renovation and designs deserves appreciation, and the dinner and breakfast is unexpectedly good.

Le nombre de chambres mis à disposition ne correspondait pas à l'annonce, le linge de lit qui devait être mis a disposition ne l'était que partiellement (moins de 50%), le chauffage n'était pas suffisamment dimensionné pour un mois de décembre (moins de 15C dans plusieurs pièces, 17 sinon)......
