A unique place to stay with a lovely pool/ spa and comfortable bed.
A little let down by the service. Kettle in room and two herbal tea bags. We asked if it was posssible to have a black tea teabag (essential for English travellers) but were told no we would have to order tea in the cafe if we wanted black tea. Very disappointing for a hotel that prides itself on good customer service!

Extremely handy to the train station and just 10 mins walk to the old town.
Wonderful welcome from reception staff, excellent room and great breakfast.
Everyone we spoke to loved Rennes and was happy in their role which is great to see.
We will definitely come back to this Novotel

The hotel is clean and tidy and very near Rennes train station.
Room was very small and so was bathroom.
Air con worked well and bed comfy.
Thought had tea and coffee in room but didn't. There was a kettle by reception and you made your own there and took it to your room.
Breakfast was decent. Nice buffet selection of pastries, cheese, cooked meats etc.
Not the best in Rennes but decent.
