The villa (and amazing pool) and the surrounding countryside are even better than the photographs! Christine and Lionel were just the perfect hosts, discreet but super helpful on the few occasions we needed guidance. Brilliantly located for short drives to the coast or inland to the vineyards or mountains. A truly memorable stay- highly recommended!"

"We loved it! Coming from Canada I was worried but it was all fantastic! The pool and gardens were perfect! Lots of room in the house. We spent most of the time outside but we did use the oven and stove regularly. We would love to come back again. Hosts were very friendly, we called on her more than once for a few small things, like needles for slivers. Felt very safe, close to Salerne for groceries. Thank you Michelle and Bernadette!"

"My favorite stay! This little house is absolutely beautiful! The outdoor area is so spectacular and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The village is a few miles down the road and has several restaurants and grocery. I really didn’t want to check out!! I cannot wait to return next year!! Michelle is a wonder host!!"

"Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Carcès. La propriété en pierres se trouve proche du chemin de randonnée qui mène aux cascades et au lac de Carcès. On y retrouve un peu de fraîcheur. La piscine a été très utilisée par ces fortes chaleurs estivales. La cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselle de toutes sortes pour le nombre de convives. La grande terrasse équipée de plusieurs parasols et d'une grande table permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur à plusieurs. Régine nous a bien...

House is in very good order, easily big enough for a family of 4 with everything you may need, stunning pool and mature gardens. The owners are delightful, always ready to help and provide suggestions. One small comment about the "chemin" to reach the property which at the very beginning could look difficult to drive (you can easliy get used to it though), as it is not tarmacked for a good...

"Nous avons passez une très bonne semaine en famille, le logement est très spacieux, au niveau du nombre de chambre rien à dire. Petit bémol : la clim n'a pas fonctionnée donc les journées et nuits ont été très chaudes. La piscine est entretenu à la demande donc parfait. Le petit village du thoronet est très agréable."
