“This was just as the description and photos described. It was a cute spacious country cottage. The owners were exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for a small group or even a larger group that sleeps up to 10 people. I highly recommend this Vrbo country cottage to everyone thanks to the great host and the great visit to Farmington with being able to stay at such a nice place. It’s also located so that it’s easy to access either Park Hills or Farmington areas.”

“We had short one night stay to attend a baby shower. The guys stayed back and enjoyed the space. The kids enjoyed the yard and the arcade. There is nothing wrong with this property and it’s in a great location. I will say if mobility is an issue for a family member, I would advise finding another property. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor and the stairs are short, but somewhat steep. In no way does that decrease this review. I just happened to have 2 older adults with me and it……

“Our family of 5 loved loved this house. It truly felt like a home away from home. I loved how it was tucked back off the road in a way. We loved the fire pit for s’mores and even grilled on it one night. The couch was so so cozy and relaxing and the kids loved having a tv in their room and all the space they had to play and hangout. Also loved how close to everything it was. Walmart/Five Below/restaurants and an amazing water park just within a few minutes also! We can’t wait to come back and……
