The room had just been mopped upon check in so the floors were still wet but it smelled good and clean. Water was plenty hot. There was a dead roach behind the bathroom door and several wall fixtures missing. The AC was good and cold, would freeze you out. It was fairly quiet until the early morning hours when you can hear every step from the room above. I would ask for an upstairs room if I ever stay again. This was a convenient place to stay, not far from the coliseum which is why I picked it. A little run down, but you get what you pay far. It's decent for the price.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and the room was huge! Can’t wait to stay there again.

The room was cleaned very well. The bed was very comfortable. We initially had trouble connecting to the WIFI but the staff was very helpful.

The staff is fantastic however, the maintenance man needs to do a better job. The elevator worked sometimes. The road coming into the properties very bumpy with potholes.

The carpets are super stained and outdated. The hairdryer was old and overheated in the handle.
