“The hotel is very close to the airport, but the surroundings of the hotel do not look good. The hotel inside was very clean and nice. We ordered transportation to and from the hotel (had a connecting flight about 4 hours after landing) and explained that it was 4 of us with luggage. They confirmed (over phone) that price was 30 euros, but instead coming with a big car/SUV, they came in 2 small cars and asked for 40 euros.The drivers very punctual and nice, but the price was not what had been……

“Room was smelling bathroom was smelling on the bed there were cramps. I paid for breakfast and there was a little to eat and I did not touch anything.”

“The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers. I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay. Otherthan that, it was an okay stay. ”

The rooms, common areas, and overall attention to detail are all top-notch. What really made the stay special, however, was the staff. “First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower? First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. No one was there. I didn't had password to open the main door. Luckily one lady open the door for me. Second as soon as I enter my room no.106, I wanted to take shower……

They also arranged our very early AM transport to the airport and even made up a lunch for us since we were going to miss the breakfast in the morning. A lovely, relaxing place.”

“The location is great, room is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and check in was quick. The issue with my room was the overhead shower was broken and the shower position knob was stuck between the overhead and the hand shower so you got water coming out of both. Also the shower doors were not water tight and leaked water into the rest of the bathroom”
