Last minute hotel change

We needed a last minute hotel change and this was available. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was very clean and accommodating.

Customer appreciation

We were in town for just one night to visit family member in the hospital. We mainly stay in The Villages, but this is much closer and we used to stay here often.

Very welcoming and conversational staff

I have stayed here twice now when visiting for business located in nearby Tavares. Downtown Tavares has a couple of neat spots for food and Leesburg has a number of options as well. So location is the primary benefit for me, but the service at this property has been outstanding both times. What I mean by service is really the friendliness of the front desk staff. They welcome you and talk with you every time you pass by, and the layout forces everyone to walk past the front desk to get from the front door to your room. So maybe a little bit of architecture helping front desk staff to hone their conversation skills, but it makes a big difference when you feel welcome in a home away from home.

Family visit

Hampton Inn in Leesburg

Would definitely stay here again, Very friendly staff and great hotel. Oh, and the cookies were delicious!

Nice hotel while traveling thru the area.

Didn't spend a lot of time here....just stop over enroute. Check-in was easy, comfortable room (great bed) and good breakfast!

Dog on Disappointed

It was a very decent hotel and Quesa and Stephen were very helpful and acommodating. Plenty of fluffy towels and comfy bed. The rooms were quiet. Cons- There was a creep who stared at us thru the glass while we did our laundry.The machines filled up halfway and didnt do a good job washing the clothes. We double washed/paid. The front staff was informed and said maintenece should be called but after an additional hour in the laundry room (1 washer/1 dryer), no one showed up! In addition we paid $2 for our clothes to be dried.We opted to hang them in the room instead of seeing how many times we'd have to pay before the clothes dryed. The shower curtain was faded and unraveling. The handicapped bench in the tub was filthy & a new shower head was needed. We are vegans so the free breakfast is not so much for the health concious. Lastly, there were 2 supposed 'seeing eye dogs' running up and down the hall nipping at ankles and barking. They didn't look or behave like seeing eye dogs. I complained but not much was done, because they were certified.I was so disgusted to know I may have just shared a room where a 4 legged, insect carrying creature has slept/roamed. Most hotels have rooms designated for people and their pets. What about people with allergies or who just don't think it's sanitary. I'll definitely know each hotel's policy from now on

Love the breakfast! Hot and fresh! The pool was very relaxing.
