The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. Iconic towers but internal design lets it down. Like a maze trying to get to spa and gym. Service level below 5 star Gulf level. Guest service never picked up phone on multiple rings on separate occasions. There was also issue with varying water temperature. The terrace restaurant service at Asaya was poor. Hamam in spa was out of order. Overall it’s a nice property which I hope they can improve.

I’m rating the raffles a 4/5 stars only bc I expected for a better breakfast I paid extra for. Also expected the spa to have a more spacious spa. The jacuzzis can accommodate 2/3 people max. Doesn't have a relaxation area. Other than that the service was excellent. Loved the fact they had Dyson hair tools for quicker drying, the room was constantly checked up on and cleaned.
