Dont get me wrong, the rooms are great, the veiw was also great. The amount of weed smoking going on the floor wasnt so great as it all led into our room and being right next to the elevators was a horrible experiance. All we heard was the zooming of elevators all day and night.

Good location and friendly staff, Lois recently remodeled. My room door had plenty of sand in the floor.

The place and amenities were really nice. The only bad thing was the bathroom got nasty really quick so for me the shared bathrooms won’t work. But they do have private bathroom rooms. Other than the dirty bathrooms not getting cleaned enough everything was great, location and space.

It is a good no-frills option in Beverley Hills and close to UCLA. Rooms are ok - beds pretty good, bathrooms are new. There's no restaurant and not much else besides coffee and flavored sparkling water. But it was convenient and not a bad price. Be careful getting parking - the garage is closed on weekends and you have to go into an office building and get let in by a security guard to get your car.

The property was in a very populated area with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife (if that’s your thing). The studio was very clean and there were no issues at all. Unlike hotel rooms, I could not hear what was happening right next door, so it was quiet as well. I would stay here again.
