“Renligheden var helt i top og super søde personale. Poolen var meget slidt børnepoolen var nærmest så slidt at man ikke kunne være bekendt at sende sine børn der ned og den store pool var også slidt hvor der manglede flere musaiksten. Sengen på værelset manglede topmadress hvilket gjorde at den var mindre behagelig at sove på. Hovedpuderne var så store at man fik undt i nakken af at ligge på dem. Men udover de få ting var det et super godt hotel ”

“Shower was clogged, and the sheets smelled like 20 sweaty men who had been swimming in the ocean. Upon arrival, we were charged more money, even though we had already paid through Expedia…
When leaving, I mentioned to staff, the shower was not working and they asked if I had booked with Expedia.
It was a beautiful water front room and the manager was pleasant.”
“It was great if you have children - which we don't. There is a lot for them to do. The views from sea view rooms are great. And it's nice it has its own beach. The food was plenty, but not really good. We probably should not have stayed in an all inclusive.”

Food was a major letdown across all three meals — cheap, clearly deep-frozen quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks at the pool bar were watered down.
The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. In the room, the shower floor's angle meant water leaked……
