“Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable.”

“two wonderful nights staying at 244. beautiful home with everything you need for a luxury escape. we enjoyed a wine on the sun drenched deck each evening before we made the very easy walk into town. highly recommend staying here - enough room for everyone to enjoy their own space and a wonderful lounge and deck area for socialising.”
