Cela fait 2 fois qu'on loue cet appartement en famille. Très bien situé, bien aménagé, pièce de vie spacieuse, calme et pourtant au centre des Rousses. Propriétaire agréable. Satisfaits de notre séjour du 24 février au 2 mars 24👍

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très bien équipé, au calme, dans le centre des Rousses. Nous étions deux adultes et trois enfants, et n'étions pas à l'étroit. De nombreux rangements dans l'appartement et dans la cave pour les équipements de ski. Le garage est également très appréciable. Tout est faisable à pied dans la ville. Les pistes de ski de fond/raquettes sont accessibles directement. Les pistes de ski alpin sont accessibles en skibus; l'arrêt est à deux pas de l'appartement. L'accueil des propriétaires était très aimable. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Une super location ...
Bien situé en centre village et proche des commerces et des points de restauration, logement coquet, très spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un très bon séjour. Propreté irréprochable. Literie impeccable. Accueil chaleureux qui met tout de suite à l'aise. Un seul petit bémol ; la petite terrasse donne directement sur celle assez bruyante du snack. Un gros effort a été fait par les propriétaires avec un sas double-baie vitrée qui, quand il est fermé, isole convenablement la chambre à coucher mais n'empêche nullement, quand il est ouvert, le bruit incessant des clients du bar dont la proximité, lors de la prise des repas et des boissons, gêne considérablement à l'intimité de ce petit coin qui n'est plus à ce moment là un lieu de détente pour les locataires. La grande fréquentation de la route passant au-delà de cette terrasse n'arrange rien pour qui recherche la tranquillité. Dommage ! Attention, tout de même, nos vacances n'ont pas été gâchées pour autant car, comme dit plus haut, la situation de cette location dans le centre des Rousses présente beaucoup plus d'avantages que d'inconvénients. Nous recommandons sans réserve car le calme et la beauté des paysages alentours priment sur ce petit désagrément somme toute mineur et les nuits sont tranquilles et reposantes.
