“Everything went very well right from the start. Staff was excellent, room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was very good, Pool & hot tub was very nive & clean. Will definitlely recommend this hotel”

“Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept clean. The parking area was adequate and there were plenty of spaces. The room was comfortable and smelled clean however there were broken and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Access to this property is not easy. ”

“Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. It is totally under construction and we allegedly got a room that was finished but the patio door did not fully close or lock. The hallway ceilings had water damage, the stairwells were all torn up - it was a mess.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, but it turned into a very stressful and unsafe experience. From the moment I arrived, there were issues. The microwave in my room did not work, and even worse, the stove stayed on for an entire day. I contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing was done. I was told that only the morning staff could fix it, even though it was nighttime. This meant I had to spend the entire night……

I didn’t like seeing the shirtless old guy next door peeping while in our bikinis, (it was just a weird vibe); so ultimately I left and got another place. “THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it……

“Online check in with selfie and copy of driver's license not acceptable. No one present on arrival. Number to call did not get an answer. Room had no place to hang clothes, no glasses. Only thing furnished was soap, shampoo and towels. No live TV. The name suits it. Stayable. It is a little better than sleeping in your car, but not much better. ”

“What I like about the place is how it was set up, the home itself in general. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. I was there, multiple guests came and went, which was also happening before I got there. The cleaning people only come and clean the rooms that……
