"My family and I vacation to Orlando every summer as one unit and we always looks for a home that is big enough to accommodate our family of 30 people. This summer we stayed at this big well decorated house.The house is as pictured and for the most part clean, however, it can be cleaner. Not sure if there were people there right before us because we did find quite a few clothing items and other things left behind. The company needs to do a better job checking on their cleaning service. The game room would be top notch is the split ac would actually cool the garage down, but imagine being in an enclosed garage in July in Florida... it was unbearable. They sent out someone to check it, but I guess it wasn't fixable.Aside from that, they responded quickly and efficiently to any questions and/or complaints I had. Overall they upkeep the property well. This has been one of the better houses we've stayed in since we've been vacationing together (11 years).We would definitely book again. Just really wish the property provide some type of grill."

"Had a great family reunion at this house with lots of kids from almost 1 to 12. Things to do at and close to house for many ages. Appreciated the pool safety alarm on the back door with all the little kids. Would come back!"

"This location was excellent! It provided enough space to spend time and make great memories with our large family. It was super clean and well decorated. The host was attentive and supportive. This particular property didn’t come with a grill, but the owner was nice enough to loan us his personal grill. The checkin process was super smooth and parking was not a problem. I would definitely stay again! "

"We were a group of 16 traveling from Louisiana ranging from.the ages of 2 to 40. There was enough room to accommodate all of us. We honestly were not ready to leave. There was something to keep everyone entertained. We couldnt have asked for a better home. Will definitely book again when traveling to Orlando. "

"Wonderful stay here. Everything was exactly like the listing. It was 26 of us and was enough space for everyone to be comfortable! The pool was great for th kids. Enough seating in the dining area to enjoy family time. Having two refrigerators, dish washers, microwaves, stoves, and washer and dryers was a plus with a family as large as ours. This house made our Family Reunion worth every minute count!"

"Our whole trip was perfect! My family and I stayed for a total of eleven days and we had no issues whatsoever. It was very spacious for a one floor house. My daughters (both 11 and 18) enjoyed the pool a lot- proof that this place can cater to different age ranges. The neighborhood was quiet and our neighbors were friendly. We were close by a lot of restaurants so we never got hungry. The air conditioning system was amazing. Would 100% recommend. "

"We were Very Happy with this VRBO our stay was amazing the house was very nice clean safe and comfortable Yes we would recommend this house for any family looking to enjoy family time together the kids stayed in the pool and yes there's a grill and we used it. We searched for the 15th bedroom but never found it there's only 14 bedrooms it didn't seem to matter the kids slept where they landed. We never had to contact the host because there was no need we had everything we needed. Thank You for a wonderful stay. "

"Great place to stay with a large family. Really enjoyed having a private pool and access to the clubhouse with the splash pad, lazy river, pool and tiki bar. Stayed for 7 days with an extended family ages 60 - 2 and never felt crowded. The only complaint was that we had to wait 30 min past check in time for the cleaners to finish. "
