It was dirty and in need of updating. Only 2 towels were in the room and when we asked for 2 more because we had 2 kids so there were 4 of us we were told only 2 weee allowed. 1 roll of toilet paper. With the amount they charge they should be a bit more accommodating.

Spacious rooms, good parking and security, lots of hot water. My only complaint was the quantity of dog excrement that hadn't been picked up either by the dog owners or by the hotel. I know they charge a pet fee but I become frustrated with irresponsible dog owners.

Very budget price, but overall much much better than expected. New carpeting in the rooms and the towels were comparable to towels at $200 per night hotels. There were also two good restaurants on either side of the hotel. One was a Japanese steak house and the other was an excellent, large restaurant that specialized in American food. Staff, especially Isabel, was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The room walking in was muggy stuff and smelled like no clean air circulation then the tv didn't work the phone was broke and the hair dryer would only work for a min. The coffee and ice bucket was in the bathroom??? Not good. The bed blankets was itchy and rough need new laundry detergent. Need more garbage cans or bigger garbage bags. Front desk was great thank you but rooms need work. House keeping needs to clean room but check stuff out before giving the ok on rooms for people

Checked into my room and immediately noticed an odor in the room. Took my shoes off to prepare for bed and noticed the carpet was soaking wet at the entryway, just outside the bathroom. If this room had been recently rented out, the maid service should have noticed the odor and damp carpet

While Cody was an amazing guy and very accommodating the front desk lady in the morning and his head housekeeper was extremely rude, unhelpful, and made us feel very uncomfortable including making up reasons to come check the room because we had service animals which by the way it's illegal to ask for papers proving that. The head housekeeper was extremely rude and even went as far as telling my wife when my son had exchanged towels that they were pool towels and she would have to investigate on getting us new towels and would not provide new towels to us when the manager earlier told us just to bring them down and we could get new towels plus the pool towels and the bath towels were the same she is not a good person nor a friendly person and the front desk lady in the morning is the same she is extremely rude made us all feel very unwelcome and very uncomfortable even to the point of saying we couldn't get a few plates to feed our children some lunch which at Inn America they are always willing to do so not like fairbridge. I would highly recommend that you not stay here additionally they don't change out the top brown sheet or comforter unless it is dirty which is disgusting and their is damage in most of the rooms and the doors desperately need some wd40. Over all my family and I had a horrible stay and moved to the most amazing hotel Inn America I would suggest going there and not staying at the fairbridge at all!

They had breakfast in the morning and it is located close to most everything you need just by walking to stores, restaurants and gas stations. It could use a bit better cleaning. There is spider web's in room and hallway. Dead bugs in light covers. It would help but not that depressing. Card locks for the stairway. That way when you just go out to your rig or something else you can just go through the stairway. Instead of going to the front entrance and up the slow elevator.

The property really neads some updating. The bathrooms are very old and run down. The first room we checked into did not have a working toilet. The second one the toilet runs and the shower does not maintian a steady temperature at all. Extremely hot to ice cold and back to extremely hot to the point it would possibly cause burns. I wouldn't want my children in it for fear of burns. The rest of the facilify is very old and in need of updates.

The water pressure in the bathroom was insanely good! The fan couldnt keep up with the fan, though, and there was a little rust on the metal bits and a little mold on the walls above the shower. The bedskirt had something spilled on it and the mini fridge had mold in the gasket. We were told none of the doors had deadbolts after we noticed our room didnt have one. Some of the light fixtures didnt work. Looked like they were in the middle of a remodel, so hopefully it gets addressed. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was clean outside of issues mentioned above, and the bed was comfy. The view of the river was pretty and being downtown, youre close to the 2 best restaurants in lewiston

In need of updates. Outside doors are not locked at any time. People in the area behind the hotel warned us not to “be there”. No hot water for two days.

The worst experience I’ve ever had .. the manager female with short hair and big round glasses.. was extremely rude .. your in hospitality services .. u lack both … very rude .. kicked me and my 15 year old son and dog out … accused us of smoking in the room .. with no prof .. canceled my sons card so he couldn’t get back in the room .. my son was outside waiting for me to get back from work.. I booked for 6 nights and got kicked out on the second day.. or third not sure… she then charged my card for smoking also .. $100.. u can’t just accuse someone because they look a certain way .. I’m a tattoo artist in a very white conservative town.. the only Hispanic in town .. and this is how I was treated … your attitude was disgusting… u had no right canceling my card so my son and dog have to wait outside .. u have to be an unhappy person or hateful person to do that.. my son did nothing to u.. we did nothing to deserve how u acted when confronted with my question as to where is your prof of me smoking? I was working and my son was out walking my dog .. how did u know we where smoking? I wouldn’t doubt u went in to my room while we where out.. I don’t recommend anyone stay here .. especially if your of culture ..

Dark and dingy, not enough towels, hair in bathtub, dirty windows, paid extra for a balcony and there wasn’t one, garbage behind night stand and under bed, roll of toilet paper had about 6 squares for 3 people one tiny trash can. Staff had several reasons and excuses and did nothing to correct the situation. Would not recommend or stay again.

Right next to the train tracks- thankfully the trains don’t blow their horns every time it goes by. Rooms not very secure- no extra locks on the inside. No room safes. The whole motel has an odor that isn’t very pleasing. Bed was not bad though. It’s a low budget motel I overpaid for. Thankfully it was a quick overnight trip.
