We traveled from the North East to Yellowstone National Park by car and we are returning back from the South and stayed at numerous hotels throughout but never have we experienced such a dirty place we had to stay. The hallways were reeking of smoke, the room we were assigned was smelling of urine. We were given another room but there were no more king beds available so they gave us 2 full size beds instead. We were supposed to have continental breakfast according to the reservation, but all there was a brown bag with a cereal bar and a small bottle of water. When I asked the lady at the reception desk, she told me that was the breakfast. Totally disappointed!

Outside looks good but once we enter room was disappointment. Only the sheets were clean. Everything else dirty. Stains on walls and ceiling. We were afraid to touch anything and requested room change. They gave us a different one, a bit better but we would never come back.

I understand it's a budget hotel, but it's so poorly maintained, it shouldn't have cost $45. The carpet is dirty to that point that walking on it for 3 minures made my feet visibly dirty. The toilet is ridiculously low (and i am a short person). There is black mold in the shower. The water pressure is super low (on the first floor!). Pool wasn't open on 90⁰F day, because it doesn't open until Memorial Day, which isn't specified on a websites. TV screen blinks to that point that you can get an epilepsy seizure from it. Dirty windows, hairs in the shower. The area is super sketchy even during the daytime. Deeply regret we stayed there even for one night.

what i liked was the location from everything was great and the room sizes were awesome. what I didn't like was the uncleanliness of the bathrooms the shower walls were not cleaned, the rugs are dated, and I wish I had a bigger television. I liked that it was smoking just wish I had an air purifier in the room and the windows could use a daily wash.

Staff was unbelievably rude and breakfast was a single granola bar and a water. Bathrooms were dirty and rooms all smelled of smoke. Horrible.

Start with the good: excellent water pressure and water so hot its borderline legal, pillows were EXCELLENT. Mid: continental breakfast with not so many options but neatly and conveniently packed. Cons: whole hotel smells of cigarettes, lots of blackened grout that needs a deep cleaning.

Really didn’t like anything. Our room was smoke free but when we entered the hallway near our room all we smelt was cigarette smoke. The toilet seat had a huge crack in it. Half the lights didn’t work. The TV was very small in size . Had to turn the fridge off because it was so noisy. The bathroom was not very clean. Huge stain in sink and floor was cracked and not very clean. One of the worst motels we have stayed in!!!

Property is definitely dated. The actual room is very dated but the suite we stayed in was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent while we stayed there. Offering free breakfast is always nice but finding out it was just a brown paper bag filled with essentially a muffin and bottle of water is almost pathetic.

Nice clean updated room. All white bedding which tells me even the comforter was hopefully washed with bleach. Breakfast advertised but that’s the biggest joke ever. LIMITED amounts of Grab and go bags consisted of a tiny bottle of water, a mini granola, bar, and a mini package pastry. Advertised laundromat, but no soap available and front desk couldn’t make enough change for us to use the washers anyway. All over, if you’re expectation is simply a clean room, I’d say go for it.

This was a real dump. I’m not picky but I would not stay here again. Continental breakfast was a grab n go bag with a granola bar, little bottle of water, and a wrapped small cinnamon crumb cake, no fruit or yogurt.

Breakfast is a granola bar and bottle of water in a bag, no other options. No elevator, had to use stairs. Tiny lobby, barely room to check-in with a family of 4. Staff friendly. Room was ok, bathroom too small to turn around in. Was ok for the price but will not be back.

We had anon smoking room they said, when we entered the cigarette smell hit you like a ton of bricks. Every time we rolled over on the bed the smell was coming from under the sheets

The manager is especially kind, considerate went the extra mile. The maintenance man was so sweet and helpful. The front desk people's personality warms the place with a special spirit and a warm home for the night with soft beds, comfortable pillows & soft linens.cold fridge and microwave in rooms.Great hotel with hospitality award winners.
