The interior is just tired. To no fault of the staff, they do seem to clean the best they can, but the carpet and sofa in our room smelled and needs replacing. The hard furniture was in fine condition and the linens were clean. But wallpaper, and anything made of material holds stale odors showing their age.

Remodel going on! Our room was old appeared bathroom had been remodeled but still a stale old room. Breakfast was ok but not replenished in a timely manner. Parking lot was dirty from construction! Not a good stay!

Front entrance under construction. Not noted on hotels.com. Towels and washcloths so thin you could read thru them. Room adjacent to elevator and noisy. Staff was friendly but overall room was not worth $200 per night.

This was a subpar hotel The rooms were not clean the elevator had curtains taped to the inside of it with duct tape and a hole cut out around the floor indicator. In addition to the condition of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel I was then charged an additional $50 the day that I left and I'm not sure why on my way back home we decided to stay at a motel and it was 10 times better.

We had no trash bags in our room. The tv wouldn't work until we called the front desk and got specific instructions which should be in the room. The roughest toilet paper around!

Trip to Buffalo Trace
It was an ok stay. Not up to Hampton Inn standards. They are currently doing construction and the front entry to check in is blocked. Plumbing issues, toilet in room started running over after flushing and didnt stop. Flooded bathroom, we were able to lift lid and get it to stop. All pipes make horrible noises when water is turned on. My hope is that this will be remedied once remodeling is done? Front desk staff was nice but didn't seem surprised that we had the issues with the toilet.

Bourbon Trail Stay
We stayed here because we took the Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve tour - great and easy access to both. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Would stay here again.

My room was clean and comfortable. Smelled a little weird, but I got used to it quickly. My TV did not work at all, so I stared at my iPad the whole time. It is conveniently located next to a Walmart in case you forgot anything. I didn’t use the pool, but could see it out of my window and it looked very nice. The person serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options themselves were limited but fine.

Was given a room that hadnt been cleaned (one bed not made up, dirty plates on bathroom counter.) Front desk gladly switched me to another room. Tv didn't work in new room, but i was too tired to care.
