We needed to stay when travel was longer than expected and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the staff was and how pleasant a stay. This hotel isn’t fancy, but it was clean, accommodating and perfect for what we needed. If you are sensitive to scents, it smells highly perfumed in the rooms. I didn’t love that, but we got used to it.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Our room had a leaky sink pipe and when we advised the front desk they apologized and were very sorry about the inconvenience. The front desk clerk was very nice and gave us some choice rewards for the issue.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast. It was more like a Continental breakfast instead of a hot bar like we had at other sleep Inn motels. For the price we were charged we expected more variety.very disappointed.

It's an ok stay.
Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. But the pillows on the bed were terrible, wife and I ended up taking them off of the bed. The heat didn't work in the room. The exterior left a lot to be desired with garbage abundant in the parking lot and screens missing from our window and several others.

Finally a hotel that believes in good lighting. Room had many options for lighting, all equipped with white light and not the usual dreary yellowish ones. Staff was helpful with getting the TV on proper settings. Room was cute, clean, and cozy; all that I needed.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Above the bathroom was a dripping sound that seemed to come from the room above or a leaking pipe in between floors. The dripping sound was the equivalent of "water torture". One of the ladies at the front desk put me in an adjacent room upon hearing the dripping sound herself. The ladies went on to say that there were 7 maintenance jobs that were still being worked on. Finally, the ventilation system needs improvement. The rooms were either too hot or too cold.

Maid Staff doesn't speak English!
Everything was great until the maid knocked on my door at 10:50. Then she turned around and opened my door at 11 o'clock and she walked in the room. At 11:15 a man came to the door and also knocked and said housekeeping. Our checkout time was 12 PM That pissed me off they should've known that when they received their paper of who is checking out. The TV wouldn't work the bed was broke.

Our stay here was great. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our room was perfect...clean and comfortable. I would definately recommend this place to anyone wanting a good, comfortable, clean place to stay. I will definately stay here again!

Sound was the only issue
it's an older hotel but it was clean. The only complaint really is the noise level. The noise was just normal noise, people talking, other tvs, doors closing... and often sounded like doors slamming. Basically it's not very insulated/sound proof. So while they were basic standard noises, there just didn't seem like any sound barriers, so that was very loud.
