Arrived at the property with 4 luggage's to find out there is not elevator, no assistance. We were told our room will be on the 3rd floor. Took the smallest luggage to find the room, went up not 3 but 8 narrow stairs to barely find the room and opened the door to more steps to an attic.
Front desk spoke no English, no manager on site.
Traveled 15 hours across the ocean to be stuck outside looking for a hotel. This was a terrible choice and not meant for tourists.
Luckily we were able to find a great hotel nearby who accommodated for the 5 nights and we had a great time in Prague.

Firstly, the two Receptionists Eleshia and Irena at the Josephine Hotel in Prague were wonderful, superbly helpful and gave me "World Class" service. For example: they advised me on where and how to obtain Metro tickets, made reservations for me etc etc. They both spoke perfect english abd are a great credit to Czech Inns. Secondly, my complete stay at the Josephine Inn was superb including my room and breakfast. I highly recommend the Josephine Hotel.

"It seems like a great hotel. Rooms clean, breakfast amazing. However, there was a very loud wedding organised during our stay. Couldn’t sleep until 1am and reception was gone at 11pm. Should be managed better."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful which you don’t always get in Czech unfortunately. The restaurant was surprisingly good, the pork chop was the best I ever had. The rooms were nice and clean, exactly what we needed while in town for Brutal Assault."
