In the district of Sabbiadoro 500 m from the centre of Lignano-Sabbiadoro, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, 250 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (47 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep., extra). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), terrace. In the house: lift, bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises, communal covered parking at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m, public bathing area 400 m. Marina 10 m, golf course (18 hole) 8.5 km. Beach service: From approx. the beginning of May to approx. mid-September, 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair and 1 parasol per accommodation unit are included in the rental price. Our guests can also use the pool (47 x 12 m) on the nearby Island Punta Faro (ca. 500-700 m) with pool bar and tennis upont payment.
