There was a problem with a first room during first night in block 90. All night people were walking, yelling,floors were squicking, then at 3 am someone began dropping dumbbells on the floor ...
But fortunately the hotel reception person switched us over to block 94 to the top floor and it was quiet and nice ,better shower room . Maybe the room needs extra clothe hangers , other than that we were satisfied and thanks to reception gentleman who allowed us to park for free in the form of compensation for the first night of no sleep.

Noisy heating system and water taps , not a quiet building but a fair price. Comfortable beds and clean kitchen utensils and crockery , very good location for our needs.
