It was a nice room. Only complaint would be air conditioning. I don’t do hot. Hate sweating. Had turned to 65 and still not really cold. Otherwise overall nice.

The staff is very helpful, always ready to answer any question about the hotel or about the city of Chicago. The hotel is very clean , the breakfast is very good with many choices and the staff in the restaurant is excellent.
My wife and I stayed in that place for eight days and seven nights and we are very happy to be there.
Also the hotel is in a very good location very close to some of the most important places of Chicago.
If you want to visit the beautiful city of Chicago do not miss the opportunity to know this hotel.

Room was not cleaned/ towels weren't replaced for the duration of our 3 night stay which I found rather peculiar. They also only provided 1 key for our room. I had believed it was common practice to provide 2. Other than that, the room was clean when we arrived, the bedding was comfortable, and the gym was lovely.
